Gods Masterpiece! Do we really trust Him with our own life?

“And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.”
Philippians 1:6 NLT

I’d like to answer the title question with a quick and strong YES! God has proved himself over and over again to this truth, in my life and so many others. History, both biblical and our world today are filled with Gods miracles! I’ve come across so many bible verses for this weeks prayer blog. I almost want to just share the verses instead of writing. But God said to write so here I am. I’m not quite sure what to write. My prayer lately is, “Holy Father show me what you want me to do. Let me see you Lord God almighty!” So I’m waiting for my next step. And I wonder what it is. I’m just puting one foot in front of the other. Falling and getting up again, seeming to go nowhere. Have you ever watched a baby learn to walk? He wobbles, slowly and carefully gets up on his hind legs, trying to balance. After many tries, he puts one foot in front, maybe two, then falls on his bottom. He continues this process over and over, going nowhere, yet gaining strength and balance, until finally he’s on the run with confidence and excitement, and hard to catch. That’s how I feel right now with my faith. I’m still at the stumbling and balancing stage. I get excited at the small steps, but still fall on my bottom. I see others who are strong in their faith, running and confident in Christ. All the while I observe and keep my eyes on the prize, Jesus. As long as I do this I will move forward, gaining strength and balance. If only I can be constant with this. But I tend to take my eyes off and focus on the surroundings that keep me down, shake my faith, Miss guide me.
Let me finish this weeks blog with Gods word.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones. Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. Then he will fill your barns with grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine.”
