Our Father Loves Us

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever. Amen.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3:20-21‬ ‭ASV‬‬

To some, the title of this blog is very obvious. Yet others, well believe it or not, this title is either very foreign or makes them angry. Yes I know, I cannot  understand why this title would make anybody angry. Yet it does, and who am I to judge? Judge you may ask. Let me explain.

A few years ago as I was puting together a graduation video for our daughter, I asked google about the song, Beautiful You. I knew some of the lyrics but couldn’t remember anything else about it. As my first time asking questions on google, I received quite a few disturbing reply’s. One of which really bothered me. It was an angry accusation of the song meaning something completely opposite of Gods Love for his children. It actually bothered me for several years. Needless to say, I went to other sources for my questions from then on out. But, I judged this person. Yes I judged this person as a not nice, disturbed jerk who was trying to cause trouble. And maybe that’s a correct assumption. But maybe it’s not. I have no idea who this person was, nor am I trying to find out. This example is being used to explain my point. This person, let’s call him/her, misunderstood, could be very legit and sincere in his/her outlook on this song. Misunderstood might not have had a very happy or wholesome up bringing. It could’ve been an outright torturious childhood or merely an upbringing lacking in Gods Love and nurturing.

I guess I’m saying all this to share that every one  comes from a different background, upbringing, and/or has a different internal makeup.

The above picture was taken from our back patio. I think it’s super cool because God knows me so well, he knows what makes me happy. And since He made me, He should know. The more amazing thing than that is that He cares and blesses me with small and large things that make me happy. In the midst of life, which is not always happy.

The verse I’ve attached to this blog reminds me that God is all powerful and we should always give Him all the Honor and Glory! He is Holy! He will use us for His perfect will!

How about you? What has God Blessed you with lately? It does a body and soul good to recognize the Love of our Heavenly Father!!
