Who am I?

“Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?”
Exodus 3:10-11 ASV

I’ve been thinking a lot lately of what God wants me to do. There’s a lot of desire and stirring in my soul to move forward. This picture is from one of our journeys across America last year. The clouds speak to me. I see a large Eagle 🦅 with its wings spread wide ready to go where God leads. Then I hear doubt and questions of, who am I to be of use to a Holy God? But when life knocks me down, it’s like I get a new sense of urgency and energy to seek Gods will and move forward. My writing may not be award wining material, but I can’t help but feel that God will and is using it. This prayer blog may only get a handful of readers, but if only one person does read this, and you are encouraged to listen to our Holy God, it’s worth it.
If nobody reads the two novels I’ve written, or the ones I have yet to write, the people who worked on the editing and publishing have been touched by Gods Holy Spirit. If JVR never gets off the ground in my life time or the next generation, the process of the idea is enough to spark Gods truth in even one person.
What is God telling you to do? Are you listening? Are you stepping out in faith? Please pray for me and my journey walking in obedience to our Holy Father! Share with me your called journey and I’ll pray for you as well!
