Observe the Rock!
Notice the rocks how beautiful they are. They do nothing, they just sit there being shaped and molded by the water and the weather. How beautiful they are! Yet the Word tells us that even the rocks will praise our Holy Lord!

As a teen I was a wallflower, a bench warmer, in the back ground. I would cry myself asleep. I felt alone and unwanted. Now looking back I see how God wove my being, who I am. He used life to mold me to be who I’ve become. Every single micro second of my life has been used to teach me and make me who I am.
Who am I? I am a child of the King, wonderfully made and blessed.
I’ve also learned that I am noticed by more than I know. People know me, see me, more than I realize. I’ve learned that I’m an example to more people than I can even imagine.
I’m not that invisible girl in the corner. No matter who I am or what I do or what I believe in, people see me. People are affected by who I am.
So it’s up to me to be a positive example. But guess what, I can’t be! I keep messing up!
Ah, but that’s where prayer comes into this. With prayer I take the self focus off of self and onto God, through Jesus Christ! And that is how I am a positive influence, as a child of the King. If I ever think I can be a positive influence on my own, that’s when I need to get back in prayer!
Prayer keeps us humble, strong, peaceful, patient and loved. God is our rock, our fortress, our anchor!
So let me repeat myself so I’m not being misunderstood as thinking I’m better than anybody else! I’m not!!! I’m most definitely not!
What I have, every single one of you can have! No holding back! God gave His Son Jesus our savior for everyone!

I am blessed by nothing I did or ever could do! I’m blessed because I am loved by the King! So are you!
