JVRMinistries Executive Prayer Team Convenant

I covenant to pray for JVRMinistries Site Manager at least weekly.
I understand that I will receive a monthly prayer needs list via e-mail.
I also understand that I may receive an emergency prayer request now and then via e-mail, phone, or in person.

I agree to pray for the emergency prayer request as soon as I receive it, or at my earliest availability.

I covenant to serve one year, with an evaluation with myself and the site coordinator at that time to determine if the covenant should be extended or not.

I covenant that if a situation comes up before the year is up that I can not keep my commitment for weekly prayer; I will let the site manager know in writing as soon as possible.

I covenant to keep all prayer requests confidential unless otherwise stated.

I understand and agree with the following JVRMinistries Statement of Faith:

“We believe in the Trinity, God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and the Bible as the Word of God. Salvation comes through grace by believing in Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, our Savior and Lord. Once saved, the Holy Spirit indwells, thereby instructing, guiding, and empowering the individual to follow the mandate of Jesus Christ in daily living”

I understand my duties are:

• Pray for the site manager weekly
• Pray immediately for any emergencies
• Pray as the Lord lays on my heart
• Check my e-mails monthly for new prayer requests

I also understand that the site manager will pray for me at least weekly and as the Lord lays on her heart.
